Problem finding out which manga this page is taken from.

This page is (if you didn't notice) modified, and rewriten as a disclaimer for Heidi-Scans (at the beginning of the 3rd chapter of the 7th volume og King of Hell).

I used my resources and it probably isn't...all I can say is try to buy it (since it is licensed) or search hard for rips.
