This may seem off topic, sorry about that guys, but what happened to the King of Soul Society and his group 0 sqaud, Royal gaurds, or whatever they were called. They really can't be sitting down and waiting for these Quincies to disrupt their order, or did Kubo forget about them.

Nothing more has been told about them then what you've already said. But i believe that the Spirit King is the last boss and the quincy are just a prequel, because things are going way to fast with the Quincy for me to believe they are the final enemy, seems to odd, seeing as there was a whole new area that Kubo showed don't remember when he showed it, the icy looking world, maybe the spirit king and his goons are mad at the all the events that has occurred to soul society in such a short span of time and are going to do some evul shit or replace the current soul society people? Who knows, its Kubo were talking about, if the storyline gets like this i'm going to facepalm.

I just wonder why the Quincy's have not sealed his bankai? They did it to everyone else that used it but why not the commander? Kubo really needs to make sense of this soon. Maybe I just missed that somewhere.

Also, who the hell showed up at Heco Mundo?

It works for bankai's that are used immaturely. The captain commander's bankai is completely 100% bonded with him. If his bankai were to be sealed, so would the captain commander. So pretty much, Ichigo and the captain commander are the same when it comes to bonds with their Zanpakutō.

Well it was admitted that series coming to an end, but I vaguely rember the mention of a small arc before the "grand final" arc. But I thought the Fullbring story arc was that mini one he was talking about... If this is another mini arc I don't know if I'll laugh for being tricked or end up mad. Kubo is a good "gotcha!!" kind of mangaka, I'll give him that.

When was it explained about the limitations on the bankai catching?

It hasn't been confirmed, is mostly guessing at this point.
