I'm looking for a manga similar to Love Sick. But in a way! This means;
WARNING~WARNING! SPOILER AHEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD~!!! (SORRY :x :x :x :x)
There's this boy. The small and cute one with blond hair. since he was small, without taking his medicine there were weird tattoos growing on his body! so people called him crazy, monster etc etc. BUT! now that he's in high school, i believe, the Main lead girl comes to this high school to avenge her father! .... blah blah blah... and then when the tattoos break out on this boy's body, he runs away because he's scared to show his body to other people. and then the girl comes to get him and he tells her to go away but instead she says that he's still cute and he kinda falls for her. um... in other way;
The girl is strong physically/emotionally and she's very nice and kind and doesn't care about appearance. She will say that you're cute even though everybody calls you a monster....like the guy is very mean or has a secret and then the girl finds out and she's still nice to him even though others will hate him for this............................ something like this
I don't think there are any other mangas with a female lead like this but... I had to ask ^^;

basically exactly what you're after, heroine thats strong and accepts a guy even though he has violent fits and acts like an animal at times

as their heroines have similar traits, though much more polite and girly in fruits basket and more quiet in ouran. Plus they have similar reverse harem situations with the heroine going through and accepting the various members in the same way that is donw in love sick
Houou Gakuen Misoragumi

also has similarities to plot but its definitely a lot funnier and there isn't any supernatural things, or reactions to things like that, only personality. Its similar to Ouran in that the heroine has to deal with a concotion of guys with strange personalities. She mainly has to deal with a boy thats quite mean, tsundere an monopolising. There is a connection to hospitals in this though

This has an emotionally strong female lead, its set in a school. Like in love sick, they're a transfer student and they go through various trials. A bit like the heroine in love sick because she has an abillity to expose others weak points/bad sides
