Hai all

Two requests.
One is..
I read the book Totto-Chan: The Little Girl at the Window.
if there is any manga adpation of it.
Or if there is any manga..in which we can see that kind of unconventional education system..something similar to the one in that book.

Other one is...
something similar to this plot.
One person believes that one should follow excellence, not success, as success will itself if excellence is followed.( example.. in education). He is a matured in thinking wise. Now he starts one school, according to his principles something like free school kind.
But there are only 4 students.he is trying hard to make parents and business men belivening in his methods. But he is failing always.still he is not giving up.. he is meeting some new business mens and others who can fund him to run the school in order to bring some change. Finally his dream becomes a true not in a fully way.. but particially....

if there is a story that connects to the above mentioned plot.. its fine.
if not.... please help me.. in the plot and character in the similar lines.,

I mean.. a person belives in standards. to bring a change in one field..( example education). Trying hard. Failing. His intentions are really very good and appreciatable.but it needs some strugle to make others believing in his dreams.. In his friends point of view and parents point of view.. he is a failure but what he is saying and dreaming for is a quality, the only thing is its not possible to make a change or complete revolution .. He is seeing everything in a positive direction.. Finally he succeeds.. that too in his point of view only.. not a major success.

a character believing to revive the education system or to do something in other system..his intentions are always correct and no one is ready to believe in him.. as everyone is just now following the existing system.

Hope you did get me well.
please help me..
if any doubt please ask me.

Well, it's not really like totto-chan, but maybe Dragon Zakura? I think it somewhat fits your 2nd request. He tried to change the way the teachers educate (and also their way of thinking) their students.
