I only remember bits of it by from what i remember a gilr falls of a bridge and her prince save's her and he has the smell of roses on him. she gets postcard from him as they grow up. she meets this boy who is always coming over to her house who also smells of roses and belives it is him only to find out it is her mothers boyfriend(i think), but soon relises all the postcards make an image of a schools garden which is filled with roses and starts to plan to transfer their when she puts all teh cards she has resebed so far together. the roses where whire if i remember correcty.

also she always wheres a pink uniforn which is for the boys and is always in trouble for it.

but i do remember the show was draw similar to SHOUJO KAKUMEI UTENA

As far as I can remember, that's exactly the plot of Shoujo Kakumei Utena. As you sure that's not it?
