I remember that it's a oneshot from some series and is not related to the main story itself (IF, there was a main story at all)... though, I don't remember if the chapter itself is from a series of oneshots. >.<
Anyway, the uke is, like I said, a sex addict and an old friend of the uke comes to visit. Seme finds out and thinks that the uke was cheating on him (sinces he knows how overly-seductive the uke is in bed & whatnot xD) / the old 'friend' had a relationship with the uke in the past.

Turns out the person the uke was meeting was just came over to give him stuff to contain his sex drive a bit so he doesn't exhaust the seme or something like that xD;
