Well, for people who know it... I really liked anime Twelve Kingdoms

and I wish I could read or watch something similar, but also with some romance... for there isn't any in this anime.

Personally I didn't find it as good, but Saver might fit the bill depending on how you look at it.

Well I guess... I've already finished Saver, and the romance was a bit dull there I think.

Well the Twelve Kingdoms is one of a kin masterpiece so I am too looking for a similar series apart from silver.

Yeah that is certainly the thing that series lacked!! 12K is a big world building series, so you might want to look for series similar, the only thing I can think of off the top of my head is guin saga but those are also novels.

If you're looking for something where there's a group of supernatural beings which are designated to particular people, then it's a wide shot but give Angel Myth a try? For girls who are pulled into mystical worlds against their will Operation Liberate Men or From far away. If you're looking for chinese mystic animals I can only recommend manga with human/dragons not kirin, such as Dragon Pearl Boy and Ten no Ryuu Chi no Sakura.

I'll second Kanata Kara (From far away), it being head and shoulders above anything else mentioned here... (it measures up to 12 Kingdoms imho, which is indeed a masterpiece)

Of course it doesnt if the only criteria you have is being transported to another world, which was not specified in the request.
