Great chapter as always, and really funny too. Since Monet pointed it out, why did Zoro never tried to seriously attack her? I understand if it was Sanji, but Zoro never mention anything about his opponent's policy before, right? At his current level, I'm sure that even if Zoro only uses his basic techniques, like 'oni giri' or 'tatsu maki', he would overkill Monet.

I think it might have to do with his sheer destructive power, after the timeskip I think he mentioned not being able to hold back. And if that's the case he was probably looking to avoid damage to any friendlies nearby. Though my theory could be moot depending on the next chapter.

Yeah, I too think that might be the case. But it might also be that he did not wanted to accidentally cut open the building's walls, which would create an opening into the building for the "Shinokuni"(the gaz).

I was wondering what Zoro's reason was for not seriously fighting Monet. Guess we'll find out in the next chapter.

Sanji leading the marines... and Zoro's expression are priceless! laugh

Or maybe he will be able to fight since Tashigi can stop the backlash (that's not the right term is it? Damn.. More or less I mean... Er.. Anything or anyone caught in the crossfire..) of his attacks. >.>;

Does Zoro have haki developed? I don't quite remember if and when it was mentioned.

And Monet...I wonder if she has both a zoan and a logia fruit.

It's been a while, but I thought that Zoro was hesitant about attacking women. It think it was when he first met Tashigi that I saw something similar. He wouldn't fight back seriously, though that could also be because she looks like that girl (forgot her name). Or, it could just be that he doesn't like fighting opponents that are significantly weaker than him, and he probably sensed that he would mop the floor with her if he tried. We'll find out soon enough, because whatever the reason, Tashigi probably knows why he wasn't taking her seriously (hence why she chose to stay behind).
