Hi, im looking for manga with a similar storyline to this:
Tora Kiss - A School Odyssey - i like the summoning and ranking aspect
Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei - i basically like everything about this manga (so far)

NOTE: Even if you don't think it fits exactly, recommend it regardless I will take a look!-edit

What i want is: - *=necesary
PLOT*
Comedy - not so much that it becomes a gag manga
Action - some good fight scenes would be nice
Abilities* - can be any sort of ability/powers
Romance subplot
Ranked - characters are ranked by their abilities::NOTE: does not have to be ranked, at least if the MC acts weak but is actually strong will do::
Complete/Being Scanlated* - either complete or actively scanlated, (no point reading a manga you cant finish)

Yuri
Shoujo - this may be ok, as long as the art is not shojo style, i hate the style for some reason
Shounen Ai
Shoujo Ai
Rape
Hentai
Doujin
Smut
Gender Bender - this is ok ONLY if its girl dressed as guy
Gore - (a little is fine but i don't want it to be like Gantz)

Tokyo Ravens, perhaps... but I don't think there's really a fixed ranking system, though there's power tiers of shikigami...

im already reading those except for Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu cooz its a g-bender gag manga

Kikou Shoujo wa Kizutsukanai has a slight ranking system, but Tokyo Ravens really has none, unless you count the 12 guardians or w/e, so there not really what im looking for

There is a Ranked by Strenght category but with few results (and some seem a little off to me, for example I don't remember any ranking in Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai). You may want to check some of those manga out though. Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei seems the most similar to your request (despite the fact I only know the story from the novel version - and I'm not a big fan of it).

Also in Accel World every character creates a different avatar for fighting when he starts the game and there's a level system (which can be somewhat considered a ranking system I suppose).

Well... Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu is indeed more of a gag, but school, ranking, summoning creatures to fight is there. The only gender bender it has is from one supporting character that only looks feminine, treated as a girl by everyone, but always protests he is a guy. Well and the occasional force the main character to cross dress to just to humiliate him.

I think The God of High School suits well,
it doesn't rank people but they are having a tournament and has power levels, health points and stuff like that. Also they have special abilities called "Charyeok" but they come in further chapters..
It is also a webcomic-which is in colour, and a new chapter comes out everyweek.
