This chapter is really worthy of praise, for both the drama and action involved.
I really enjoyed this lines~
Quote from Rai
In all the years of my existence,Frankenstein was the only one I met who wish to protect me. And now...I find there are more of you who would take on that role.

Quote from Frankenstein
Have these fucking bastards gone insane?

One thing is for sure,Elders are gonna die and the interesting part would be how.Well the Devil doesnt look pleased, does he?

I agree, this was a very nice chapter. Overall, Frankenstein never fails to impress whenever he is actively expessing his power.

However, this chapter once again reminds me of one problem with Noblesse. Each and every goddamn Union based enemy has always said the exact same thing. "How dare the likes of you x" Everything up to an Elder has been killed in Korea and yet each and every one of them has been stone-blind arrogant right up to moment the have been owned. Is it too much to ask that at least now and then someone from the Union side doesn't expect to completely overpower his or her opposition?

I also wish that Rai would, for once, use some other offensive technique beside the blood field. From Kranz we know that he is also ridiculously strong as a physical entity. I'd like Rai to show some consideration for the wishes of those who want to protect him and not use his full powers, instead going for something less flashy. Plus I'd say that beating an elder to death with bare hands would be a rather nice statement.

10th Elder had a nice personality and its not surprising that those with powers are always being show-offs. Considering the rection from Rai,I think its natural to get pissed off. I think Roctis wouldnt expect to completly overpower their opposition. And its natural and practical for two elders to expect to completly overpower a single noble.

I completly agree with you for this. I think Rai wont use his powers as Seira and Franky have arrived. Furthermore, given his current body condition I believe authors would make him use his powers later on.

A slight hyperbole on my part. Roctis doesn't count as he should be fully aware where he stands in power vs Rai & Co. And yes, the 10th Elder is by far the most reasonable figure shown so far, but I was going for the general feel shown by the Union aggressors up 'till now, and especially the overuse of the line "how dare the likes of you." Doubly so when used to address total unknowns like Seira, Frankenstein and Rai.

For example, the Cerberus captain. 1st Seira blocks her blade-beam, then blows her back with her bare hands. Then she whips out a scytche from thin air. After all this, even the normal Cerberus members are just laughing about it. Why didn't it occur to any of them that their opposition might be able to stand up to the captain? Especially since Seira had already demonstrated her capability of doing just that.

Oh well, It's not like it's limited to the Union side. One only needs to look as far as Rael and his almost total incapability of admitting that Franken was above and beyond him.

I guess you are right. Well lets hope that the future opponents learns their lessons from this incident.
Who will fight with whom? And I really wonder about Mark. It was really a surprise as authors trolled us heavily by giving such hints.
The fight is inevitable and the elders fate can be forecasted by this.

I sense an imminent plot twist.

Rai will get badly damaged or even killed. Most likely when protecting one of the weaker guys when one of the union guys attacks them seeing as they cannot overpower Frank.

Alternatively, it turns out that the union has achieved power that Frank and Rai did not expect and from now on they go trying to convince the nobles to try and actively fight it (and most likely fail, falling back to improving the enhanced human trio ( and maybe even Seira and Regis (and the end of the manga will be about establishing some organization to protect the world or something (wow, that's a lot of parentheses) ) ) ).
