What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Long tima a ago I read a shoujo about a new girl falling i love with a boy. this boy has a best friend who tells that she should stay away. she then finds out that he is love with him. after that i think they become friends and talks about there love intrest. they then decids too confess toghter.

do you know what manga im talking about?
