I know this is a thread for manga but I was wondering if anyone knows any j dramas with the whole siblings unrelated by blood romance scenario. Or maybe if there's a j drama like that adapted from a manga from the same name.

Also does anyone know the name of this one manga? Its about this sister who's 20 who randomly decides to dress in her friend's old school uniform, and her step brother mistakes her for someone who looks exactly like his step sister, and immediately wants to start a romantic relationship. She says she will tell him the truth, but seems to always find some excuse not to.

Siblings unrelated by blood... incest without the incest. Anime/manga has admittedly desensitized me, but I just don't really see the point. I'll take social gap/age gap/gender hijinks/or cousins even over that.

Maybe you should try asking on another forum? I know Crunchyroll has a lot of dramas as well as their own forum. I checked and there was an area for dramas. I just think you'd have an easier time asking somewhere with more focus to dramas, but I don't know of any other places. As for the manga I have no idea, but it sounds interesting.

I'm sure there are a few people around the forums who watch a lot of J Drama, so I think if you give it time someone may notice this thread. But yes, it may be quicker just to look yourself. There are probably some popular manga with this topic that have been adapted into J drama, so you could try looking in the step-sibling love tag or any other related tag for information about whether it's been adapted into a drama or not.

Also, could the manga you're looking for be Liar x Liar?
