To elaborate more, I want to read a manga where a character falls for a delinquent character. However, I want the delinquent character, to actually be a delinquent (or just a bad person over all). No soft hidden side or a secretly has a heart of gold gimmicks. The characters don't have to be gender specific, for example it doesn't have to be the female lead that falls for the male delinquent, it can be reverse. Any genre is welcome!

Beelzebub is the only 1 i can think of for this, but its not just the MC ALL the characters are delinquents basically, but it does have supernatural themes in case u don't want them (demons and whatnot)

Beelzebub was the first I thought of, but there's also Yankee-kun to Megane-chan.

Slight-to-super spoiler:
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
The MC falls in love first and so far three girls have fallen for him, but the girl the MC falls for has no awareness of love.

Possibly Junai Tokkou Taichou! or Obaka-chan, Koigatariki.

By what you're describing, I doubt a manga like that exists. If such a delinquent character were to not have some sort of hidden soft side with good intentions, there wouldn't be much room for character development. As with Beelzebub, many popular manga with a delinquent main character portray him/her as the unlikely hero.

However, you should definitely check out Beelzebub. It may irk you that the main character eventually develops a soft side, but he's definitely still the textbook case of a delinquent. It is also a very comedic and enjoyable read. At times, some of the gags are very Bobobo-like, which I personally enjoy.

Honestly, I didn't really think there was a manga like the one I was describing (or there was a very, very, small chance.) It was mostly a simple thought I had when I was reading something and I was curious to see if there was a manga like that. I'll check out Beelzebub since I was meaning too anyways but thanks for suggesting it! And everyone else's so far.

Kyou kara Ore wa!! Fits what you described almost perfectly but the romance in it is very subtle. The protagonist is self centered, cowardly (unless given incentive to be otherwise), and a cunning cheapskate on top of being strong... which is why he always wins in the end. The series is completed and is 366 chapters long. All I have left to say is don't let the art style turn you away from this series, you'll be missing out.

Second this. One of the funniest and best delinquent manga out there.

There's also Zippy Ziggy. The main character is a Model Student on the exterior, but he is really a self-centered prick. Also a very funny series. There is romance.

Yeaah, there really is only Beelzebub. T:
Even then, he still has a good side.. Uh... When he's NOT being completely evil.

Hana Yori Dango's hero is legitimately a bad person at first, but he changes. Yes, he's a delinquent, but not a stereotypical one.
