ok, if we can recomend music here, then i have some.
alot of these are kinda mainstream, but i havent talked to my friend who tells me all the good music to check out lately, so i am at a standstill

metalish - not all fit into the metal grene, but they all share hardcore lyrics.
Beneath the Sky
The Dillinger Escape Plan
God Dethroned
I Killed the Prom Queen
Into Eternity

rockish -
Ill Nino
Hot Action Cop
In this Moment
Lordi
Mnemic
Polkadot Cadaver(sp?)

Dark -
Murderdolls
Wednesday 13
Type O Negative(sp?)

yea, its pretty new.

i am looking for good Rap, anyone got any suggestions?

by good i mean, something not bragging about the stuff they have, or the drugs they do, or something along those lines

like a few of Nas's, and Common's songs

about life or such....

The underground movement is where to look

Try Mos Def, Erik B. and Rakim, Blackilicious, and Lyrics Born. For a little heavier stuff go for Immortal Technique
