I got one for Christmas. The problem with it is that whenever I have the Bamboo Dock program open and I click on my desktop, it always registers it as a right click until I actually do right click on the desktop. After that, the only way to use the Bamboo Dock program is if I right click on the window. Another program is that whenever I use the Bamboo Paper program or the ArtRage Studio (the program that came bundled), it always registers my clicks and drags as a right click. There is no problem with the tablet because I plugged it into another computer that has the same device setup and it worked out perfectly.

I was able to get the device to work perfectly only once. What I did was that I removed all of the user preferences, reset the way the device works and unchecked (disabled) the "Enable press and hold for right-clicking" option in the pen and touch properties. How I achieved this was through Wacom's customer support. After I restarted the computer, it went back to the same problem even though the box was still unchecked. I've unplugged everything from my computer and I still have the same results. I have uninstalled the driver, the program, and even reinstalled it using the disk that my sister used on her computer (the one that was setup with the same device). I've called up customer support and they can't figure out what the problem is.

You didn't ask for help/advice, or indeed ask any questions at all, so I will assume you merely wanted to share your experience without any desire or hope for troubleshooting advice.

Thank you for sharing your magnificent tale; it greatly enriched my evening and I sincerely hope you will share another fascinating anecdote in future.

Instead of making these threads with one to a few posts, try using the random questions thread. \:

Disable the Microsoft Tablet PC Input service or whatever it is for Windows Vista/7. It also caused similar problems with my Cintiq.

Problem solved. The port I plugged it into was a bad port.
