What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Ballroom dancing shoujo manga

Hi!
I've been trying to find this romantic, comedy, school life and shoujo manga that is about ballroom dancing. I remember the main girl being energetic and she joins a club to do with ballroom dancing. (I think she was forced into it by the vice club leader?)
I don't think there was too much romance as well...

The art reminds me of the manga HIRUNAKA NO RYUUSEI and that's all I know.
