What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Hi I'm looking for a manga but I don't remember how it's called. Here are the traits that I remember:
- it yaoi
- one of them is the dentist
- one of them has a really bad cavity
- the guy with the cavity can withstand pain really well
- most likely a one shot
