I am looking for a manga similar to Kimi wa Midara na Boku no Joou but the male protagonist happens to be her butler and also her childhood friend she drags around everywhere and she is a rich girl. I don't remember what happed but something her parents did made her run away from home and obvious she dragged male protagonist along. Till everything settles down they were living in a small single bedroom apartment in secret and he was working part time to tide over their expenses, I don't remeber if it was completely scanlated yet.

Just happen to cross another manga that is similar with a very similar description but it is not a hentai plus they were not romantically involved yet.
