So i read a few mangas with age gaps, in the last few months, and something really bothered me and that was the fact that they were extremely unrealistic and the scheme of everything is allright, nothing will ever happen was always used.
What im currently searching for is completely different Im searching for an age gap manga that isn't only sweet romance, but also involves the problems that come from a relationship with an age gap.
I don't really have a good example, but in Otona no Jikan there is one chapter where

the Parents are against their relationship and they convince them... But one chapter is way to short and that the Parents just say "you love her so it's okay" (well liked scenario) is Bullshit ;) .

I hope for good results, thanks in advance.

I normally wouldn't recommend the first two, but they deal with age gap issues. Hope you don't mind seinen.
Mon Seul
Kodomo no Jikan
Otaku no Musume-san

EDIT: did not notice the sweet romance part, but Otaku no Musume-san would still fit to some extent.

I am seconding Usagi Drop, Love So Life and Kore wa Koi no Hanashi!

I'd like to add Hana no Namae, Dengeki Daisy and Miman Renai.

Hopefully these fit your requests. I really enjoy Age Gap types as well.

I already read Usagi Drop and Dengeki Daisy. but i don't really think there is much said about the Age Gap (only at the end of Usagi Drop), but i really liked Kore wa Koi no Hanashi and honestly i don't know how i could miss that for examples...
I didn't really like Mon Seul, because it was more about how the girl and her brother try to overcome their problems and didn't end well in some points. I'll read Miman Renai it really looks interesting. As for Love so Life i think i'll read it when it's finished, because of the slow development and if that turns bad...
Thanks for all the replys until now. Keep'em coming smile !

Hajimari no Niina counts...?
Found Ai Hime - Ai to Himegoto and Yajirobee, but I don't know if they're good.

Maybe Ingenuo by Ryan I feel like although it isn't so much a problem in the manga you feel the age gap and it a struggle for the guy. Idk how to explain it but I liked the manga a lot. Also Sensei! by Kawahara Kazune is a good example of age gap but it is not completed and it's also student/teacher love. OH! I just thought of one! Baby Love by [a]Shiina Ayumi[/a] it isn't completed but it is a good one and the age gap is definitely felt in the manga too.

Please, for the love of all that you hold dear, do NOT say that about Love so Life! I might just breakdown and cry if that story goes south...

If you are ok with controversial subjects maybe Koi Kaze or I Fell in Love for the First Time

Apart from a couple manga already mentioned (and one that hasn't progressed to that level yet), I can only think of Sensei wa Ore no Mono

Don't know what is wrong with me. Living Game is epic!

I am so sorry I missed adding that one to the list. I was sure I had done so.
