Chinese raws...w/ a chinese dictionary at hand
Japanese raws w/ Hiragana and Katakana guide on wiki, can't read kanji >.<

i look at the pictures and gather what little of the japanease i know to try and get a picture of the story
me learning some japanease is a recent thing tho(done with my endless amount of free time nowadays), so i havent try'd it very much...

For ones that are slow to release I will read the Japanese raws, one because I get impatient and two because it's good practice.

i keep raws for series like Hokuto no Ken on my computer because eventually i will muster up the dumb courage to ask a Japanese kid at my school to translate them for me >_> laugh

Look at the pretty pictures~
But if it's French, Italian or Spanish "raws" (you know, scanned directly from the magazine) then I usually manage to understand something here and there.

Yep,when I get really curious about what happens next,I do read raws.

I zoom in and read the hiragana. xD Though it's tiresome.
