I saw another voice actors post but it was japanese voice actors. Im interested in who people think are the best english VAs. No hate please. Mine would be, not necessarily in this order:
Liam O'Brien: Fate/Stay Night, Ergo Proxy, Redline
Crispin Freeman: Eureka 7, Haruhi Suzumiya, Noein, Ghost in the Shell, Durarara!!, Young Justice
Brina Palencia: Darker than Black, Rebuild of Evangelion
Megan Hollingshead: Ergo Proxy

Literally only completed one dubbed anime: FMA. (Excluding Pokemon, etc.)

Brina Palencia has always been a favourite since she voiced (and sang as) Maho in BECK. (And Moxxi in Borderlands wink)

Steve Blum is always great as a gruff badass, plus he did an awesome Guilmon.

Loved Johnny Young Bosch as Renton in Eureka 7. Don't mind him when he's typecasted as a hotblooded protagonist, but Eureka 7 was the best for me.

Steve Blum I think plays more of a cowboy type person. I liked him in Cowboy Bebop and as Harlock in Cosmo Warrior Zero. Also Kazuma in S-Cry-Ed.

That's seriously understating Steve Blum's vocal range. Here's a full listing of his credited work: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steven_Blum

Wolverine from X-Men, Grunt from Mass Effect, Amon from Legend of Korra, Green Goblin in Spectacular Spider-Man, Orochimaru in Naruto, Leeron in Gurren Lagann...

Saying he plays cowboy characters doesn't even begin to touch on it.

I would have to say Vic Mignogna (OHSHC- Tamaki, FMA- Edward, DNAngel- Dark, TRC- Fai, Vampire Knight- Kiryuu Twins, Soul Eater- Spirit.)

At first I was torn between Vic and Todd Haberkorn (still one of my top 5). Then I heard Todd's voice as Allen from D. Gray-Man and I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. But when I heard Vic's voice as Edward from FMA. I fell in love. I guess it also had to do with the roles they played, but I'm officially Team Vic now. But here are my other favorites

>Todd Haberkorn (Hetalia- Italy, D.Gray-Man- Allen, FMA:B- Ling, Soul Eater- Death the Kid)
>J. Michael Tatum (Black Butler- Sebastian, OHSHC- Kyoya, D.Gray-Man- Kumui, Nabari no Ou- Raikou, FMA:B- Scar)
>Travis Willingham (OHSHC- Mori, FMA- Roy!!!!, Vampire Knight- Yagari)

I love these other three because of their roles but also their interactions with the fans. They are very dramatic as well. Crazy things happen to them.

Few Ladies~ (not in any order)
Brina Palencia (of course)
Laura Bailey
Caitlin Glass
Luci Christian

Oh, I originally thought you were asking about seiyuus but you were actually asking for english voice actors. Never the less, I just want to share one of my favorite seiyuus... Jun Fukuyama!! He voiced my husband... Lelouch!!! <3 wink
