Hi I'm looking for anything that has a gothic/dark feel to it but also prominent romance. I don't want any yaoi, ecchi, harem, hentai, or subtle romance (it needs to be a big part of the story). It's a plus if the art is as good or not too bad.
The best example I can give is The Pale Horse.

Vampire Kisses: Blood Relatives fits because the girl is a total gothic chick. But its OEL though and I really like the art but its art is very different from your example manga.

You should try reading some works by Mihara Mitsukazu (though her art isn't everyone's cup of tea) and Mizushiro Setona!
