How much Status Update do you want on future releases?
¤ None, it does not matter when the next release is I do not need to know, whether it's tomorrow or in a year.
(There are many groups which displays which series are ongoing while not having had releases in a long time without a status message giving a reason such as raws, translators, cleansers etc..)
¤ During irregularities such as Author/Artist- and Scanelator issues or plain misshaps causing delays in a groups regular release's.
(There are many series that are released one a pretty regular biases (example The Breaker New Wave, Tower of God, One Piece etc...), many such groups tend to be quick and good on putting out a message on delays)
¤ Only when there's a long term holdup on the releases (in comparison with the usual release speed).
(There are times when groups working one a project runs into problem of one sort or another, and the series simply remain's on Ongoing for a very long time and they display a reason like lack of staff etc...)
¤ I like to regularly know the status of the chapters.
(There's a case with the group BAP Scans (releaser of among others The Gamer, Aletheia, Flow, etc...) where they display a chapters current status the all different stations)
