A manga you are reading suddenly has several missing chapters/volumes before releases continue for it. What do you do?
- stop reading the manga, with the hope missing chapters will appear someday
- skip the missing chapters and just continue reading
- try to find an anime to bridge the missing chapters
- try to find raws, chapter synopses or anything else to find out how the story goes on
Feel free to edit everything for better understanding or add answers to further diversify them or if you have other good ideas. Hopefully it goes through.

if scanlator decide to quit scanlating your favourite manga, what will you do?
- try read the raw.
- try request other scanlation group to pick up this manga
- keep bugging that scanlation group until they do that manga back.
- try promote this manga until its become popular so maybe there will be some scanlation who interested to do it.
- if there is anime, just watch that specific arc if its animated.
- try do your own scanlation group and do that manga yourself.
- learn japanese/korean/chinese and read the raw yourself.
- just keep waiting patiently.

You like reading manga and you 'dream' at having a go creating one.
Which would you do:
Use an online how to draw manga course first.
Learn to write a short fiction story properly first.
I can write, so i'll just have a go at the storyline and take it from there.
I can draw, it can't be that hard to do the rest, can it?
Talk to your local schools for a locally based course.
Stick to what I know and just read others work. Me creating one is just pie-in-the-sky!

This issue is too serious to be asked about so flippantly and with so little nuance in the options.
Here's a question about manga fan attitudes that's been of interest to me for a while:
When it comes to scanlation releases, a release with poor translation quality is better than no release at all.
-Agree unconditionally
