Anything by YUKI Kaori:
Angel Sanctuary
Count Cain
Ludwig Kakumei

Others:
Banana Fish
Boku Wa Ne
D•N•Angel•
Togainu no Chi

The Year 24 Flower Group were the first to write shoujo with male protagonists. Most of these are shounen-ai, but not all:
Juuichinin Iru! (They Were Eleven)
Poe no Ichizoku - not really shounen-ai that I could see

Quote from Musihinx
So, the other day I was thinking about the differences of josei and shojuo (besides what magazines they're published in). Your spelling, it burns, really hard.

It's _shoujo_, not _shojuo_. It is a single, brief, "long o" sound at the end, after the j. In between the sh and j sounds, it's a longer "long o" sound.

Your consistent misspelling makes me think you have been pronouncing it incorrectly, as well. Please stop doing that.
