I've spent far too long trying to remember a manga I read a little bit of. I'm trying to go through and mark stuff I've read and this is killing me.

The bits I can remember: Likely a comedy based off the premise alone. Had something to do with the male lead moving into a building and, I believe, finding out the room he thought was his already had a female (the lead interest?) in it. So he then lives in a shack on the roof (though I believe he's soon invited back into the room?). The building is ran by his aunt, I thought, but searching for that in description hasn't been any help. The business below the rooms I thought was for dancing and he often helps as a server or to help with the stage or something.

I don't believe I read all that much so these bits are likely within the first volume or two.

Also, due to all the searching I'm starting to fear it might have been an anime I caught part of and in that case no idea if there's a manga or not. Thanks for any help.

Looked it up and that definitely matches but I don't recognize the manga at all. Honestly didn't think what I read/watched had nudity and was instead just ecchi so perhaps I really only saw the first chapter or two and moved on. Well, at least I now know what it was though now I'm just left wondering how I saw it. Pretty sure I must have seen the OAV, though, as the images from the manga themselves don't look familiar, just the plot. Of course this is probably something I hadn't seen for seven or eight years so could just be foggy memory.

Anyhow, thanks! That's definitely the title but now I'm just more curious how I came across it back then.
