We don't have enough proofreaders to handle all of our scripts. I know that sounds weird. No proofreaders?! But I swear, it's like all the proofreaders have been sucked into a ginormous black hole before they ever make it to our team. That goes for J-E translators and typesetters as well.

Aside from proofers and TS'ers, Heels is desperately seeking a few experienced cleaners and/or redrawers to help out with these projects:

I promise you, these stories are only getting better and better! Because a few staff retired, we only have one remaining editor (poor Lilanar who lives in a dustbowl of a country) for BOTH projects (eep!). Not only that but she has to distribute her time between Natsuyuki Rendezvous and Sekine's Love as well. If anybody is willing to give this poor girl a helping hand, please, please contact us. She will love you forever.

We're looking for cleaners for these projects:

Balancing Toy: This one has some medium level redraws. Very, very cute story.

Futago: We have one cleaner available right now. Don't know where the rest of the staff went, but please come help if you have some experience and even a little bit of free time. We have about 7 chapters left of this manga. We need all the people we can get to finish the project!

Kiyoku Yawaku: We have someone cleaning Volume 2, but need a few more people to work with the MQ public raws for Volume 3-Volume 9. If you can only freelance a few chapters, we're totally cool with that too!

Desperately looking for some cleaners to help us get Futago going again. If you're not planning to stick with us long term, we're absolutely fine with freelancing for a chapter or two as well.

Still searching for someone to chip in for Futago cleans. Also a typesetter would be great. A great project that is getting stalled due to lack of cleaners. We have scripts that are sitting collecting dust.

It's summertime, and I'm sure there are a few of you who have some spare time. We’re not in any big rush but would still like some help. If you can only help out with a chapter or only during the summer, we’re keen on that as well.

We are looking for Japanese to English translators for any project on our list. (Help Mimi conserve some energy for scanning /sob sob / )

We are also looking for editors: cleaners and typesetters.

Proofreaders are always welcome, but keep in mind that we will not always be able to accommodate your interests and may send you whatever chapter gets done.

We are looking for more editors (cleaners and typesetters) for these projects:

3 AM Dangerous Zone: Five chapters left of this series!!!

Ane no Kekkon: I think is is a smexy project, just can't seem to find willing staff. Omg, people! It's pretty damn good, even if Maki is a little freaky. We would like a cleaner who can help us make the releases more consistent. Please, pretty please?

Futago: One volume left of this series!!! I didn't want this project to go on hiatus for so long, but with loss of a cleaner it did. The last volume is great and underscores a great future of manga-making for this woman. She went on to create Bitou Lollipop and Six Half after this.

Heartbroken Chocolatier: This is - I have to admit - a scary project to clean because of all the redrawing required, but I'm starting to think it's well worth the effort. The art and chocolates are just gorgeous! We need help with Volume 2-6. I've already bought the raws and the scans are waiting. Just need someone to give us a hand.

Love Master X: We have Chapter 1 covered. Any Moyoco Anno fans out there willing to help get this project going? It's not pretty, it's graphic, it's ridiculous, it's weird... It's all of the above! We'd like to have at least 2 chapters cleaned before we start releasing.

Nina My Love: Two and a half volumes left of this series!!! My cursed Ikuemi Ryo project that needs some love.

Otoko no Issho: We were using the amassed cleans from arcticbeetle. Unfortunately, she's from the arctic, and has vanished during the warmer seasons. This one has minimal redrawing requirements. Not a difficult project to clean.

Editors like you are especially needed during this period of Shrinking Staff Syndrome.

With more than 2/3rds of our staff MIA/busy with school/etc., it's that time again. Yep. Recruitin' time!

Progress for 3 AM Dangerous Zone, Futago, and Nina My Love have been tremendously slow due to lack of editors. It sucks because we are almost, almost close to the finish line on these projects. Both of these could really use some help, whether short-term or long-term.

For cleaners, we prefer some level of experience with simple redraws, but the old-timers are always willing to help if need be for new staff.

We also need a dedicated cleaner for (at least) the first volume of my beloved Ikuemi Ryo's Anata no Koto wa Sorehodo. There are only three chapters left!

Experienced typesetters welcome for every project.

I may be going out on a limb, but if there are any cleaners/typesetters available to help out on a few chapters during the summer, I'd get down on my knees and kowtow if I had to.
