Today I got up at 1 AM. Went to sleep around 6 PM.
Sometimes I go to sleep around 9 AM, sometimes 6 AM.
Rarely before 5 AM.

Um, well, I can't say this poll will fit everybody.
Officially, I have never had a curfew, or a set bedtime.
The time I go to bed shifts constantly, even throughout a given week.

For example, yesterday, I went to bed at 2am.
Why? No special reason. I don't have work today and anything I have to do happens later in the evening.
But this isn't the latest I or anyone else has gone to bed.
This week I have an evening-morning shift, so I only get home by 11pm, and fall asleep well after midnight.
Or the earliest. When I was little, just for fun, I wanted to test how early I could fall asleep and tried going to bed at 6pm.

What about people who work nights? Or party too often?
They go to bed when others wake up.
Or all the other oddballs out there?
Going to bed late/early doesn't meat we don't sleep, either. laugh

Meh I sleep when I can. It's 4am right now. :/
My parents haven't really enforced a sleep curfew since uhm... 5th grade?
In the summer of grade 9 I would go to bed at 6am and sleep until 2pm... ALL SUMMER.
Sometimes I miss it...

I used to be in by bed by 11, now I think of sleeping at 1 a.m. as early enough to get a reasonable amount of sleep. no

I got to bed very early in the evening. I mean, VERY EARLY. One thing I've noticed is that in order to wake up early and refreshed, I need a lot of sleep from the night before.

During school, the usual time is 1:30-2:30 with wake up at 6:30.
However, during breaks I'm in bed by 10:30 and don't wake up till 11 the next morning XD

11pm - 6am on school days

10pm - 6am on off days

1am - 6am on weekends/work days

Oddly enough, I always wake up around 6---that is without an alarm clock.

Usually 3am and wake up at 7am for school. I do want to sleep more but procrastination hinders that.

I just pulled a all nighter. Slept at 2pm and woke up at 6 am.
So yeah sleep is a myth.

I would have to say that is really depends on the day of the week and how much school work I have. For weekdays it used to be 12 but then I got a boyfriend... That sorta lead to me sleeping at around 12:30 or 1:00.

I have my alarm ring at 6:30, but I have it so I can hit the snooze button a few times before I have to get up. On weekends it really depends on how much sleep I got during the week. Sometimes I pass out as early as 10 other times I stay up till 2 in the morning.

Weird but true: before college, I did not have a bedtime. I regularly stayed up all night until 8 in the morning or later, and I slept the day away. Unfortunately, that doesn't work well when my days are filled with classes and work. Now, I usually go to bed sometime between 1:00am and 2:45am on the weekdays by sheer necessity. On weekends, I stay up as late as 6:00am.

I am not sure if I am biologically predisposed to be a night owl or if I just like to enjoy the silence and peace while everyone else is sleeping.

As I live with my parents I usually "go to sleep" at around 11 or 12 in the evening, close my bedroom door and turn my computer on; there's always something new on the internet, you know a new manga/ movie/ or whatever to waste my time with. Around 2 or 3 in the morning, depending on the hour I have woken up the day before, I may feel tired and finally go to sleep. The next day, or the same day a few hours later, I get up, depending on my schedule, at 8 if I have to go somewhere or at 12 (I'm still on holidays till april).
I'm thinking of quitting this bad habbit as it ruins the skin and the brain, as my mother always repeats. There are certain things in our bodies that work only if you sleep at the regular hours, something about keeping the brain in a healthy mental state or something like that... confused It's not as it affects me though hehe

I'm usually asleep around midnight these days. I've tried before 10pm, and well... I just end up wide awake until close to 12, lol. Always unwilling to get up in the morning though and almost always late for work, no matter what time I go to bed.
