As a side note: the harem should be 1 male and multiple females; I dont mind reverse harems though but then it shouldnt be shoujo mangas (but I dont think there are many non-shoujo mangas with harem and a single female...)

Maison Ikkoku is not a harem or harem like. Ranma is though as several girls want to make Ranma their husband. Ranma is technically engaged to three girls because of his father's shallow ways of getting a bite to eat and one he got himself engaged accidentally because he was unaware of the 4th fiance's customs.
