Hi, I'm looking for something with cool male love interest.

Someone who gives a get closer and you'll be burnt vibe. Suave, mature and unpredictable.

The examples that I can think of will be MATSUMOTO Tomo's male leads like the one in Kiss and Beauty is the Beast ; Oboreru Knife (this is actually what inspired me to create this request), Masca, and Love @ First Sight season 2.

So these men often will only need one look to make you fall for them. People that say little and do not blatantly admit their feeling in front of the public

Other requirements:
1. romance is of course a must
2. the manga being scanlated so I can read them :-)
3. Female character is not annoying, crybaby, whiny. I want someone deserving of our male characters biggrin
4. Shoujo/josei preferably but I'll read other genre too if it's super recommended and the art doesn't bother me that much (big breasted girls bother me roll no

Please give some descriptions here. Thanks!!

Oooh great request. I know what you mean!

Tenma no Ketsuzoku
Evyione
Coelacanth
Purple Eyes (not the "main" male lead though)
The Devil's Trill
Scarlet Palace
The Queen's Knight

You might like Kanata Kara. The male lead is ice cold at first, but he does protect and care for the girl and when he warms up to her (finally!) there are some real heart throbbing moments. The girl is also very likable because she's always trying her best to do something and help out even though she's just a regular high school girl. It's a longer series, but the art is nice and the story keeps you interested.

Actually Yamato Nadeshiko Shichihenge is pretty good too. The main male Kyohei is absolutely gorgeous so he's stalked by every girl alive and meets Sunako (the horror girl) who couldn't care less about him and is actually horrified of his beautiful looks. This is another long series and the romance is super slow, but the friendship and romantic moments between the two are really enjoyable. Kyouhei may seem like the perfect guy looks wise, but he’s bratty, violent, and selfish. What makes him likeable is that he has a good heart and he has a sensitive side that Sunako uncovers. Sunako is also very likeable because she loves horror, cares about her friends, and is super strong. She also has a few flaws (doesn’t care about her appearance, can say mean things, doesn't care about love), but she works on them in her own way.

Code: Breaker maybe, it doesnt have the shoujo tag, but the art and characters seem like they were riped right out of a shoujo manga

Midnight Secretary has a dangerous and extremely sexy male lead. The female lead is not a crybaby, she ispretty calm and very capable at her job.

I've read Evyione, scarlet palace, kanata kara, purple eyes (i think i read parts of it before but lost my interest)

@dancebaby i know right... Those guys make the best story. Evyione fits what i'm looking for and scarlet palace maybe. If you have more pls smile

I read Yamato nadeshiko shichihenge but dropped it. A bit too chaotic for my taste

Midnight secretary: i dont like the guys tht much. Too much jealousy and impulsive which is almost exact opposite of what im looking for. Although i've read it and it's good for smutty manga but it doesn't fit the request unfortunately sad thanks tho

I'm going to try l-dk and code: breaker. L-dk seems to be pretty generic and not sure if it fits the request but i have it on my wishlist already so i'll give it a try

Thank you for answering and if there are more... please.... bigrazz eyes

I think I know some manga/manhwa that fits your requirements
But, I'm afraid some of them is too long to read (10-20+ volumes)

Sensei! For me, this manga is pretty good though it's an old manga. The guy is mature, adult (well, it is! as you can see, he's a sensei). Unfortunately the girl is a bit lack of confidence that leads her to be a bit crybaby. But, her character is progressing

Yumemiru Taiyou
Oishii Kankei The guy is a bit mean
Fukuyadou Honpo the story is mostly about three girls/ladies(?) that found their love
You're So Cool I think, this is what you want
Hapi Mari smutty josei
The One kinda draggy
Otogimoyou Ayanishiki and its sequel Otogimoyou Ayanishiki Futatabi
Warau Kanoko-sama and its sequel Koi dano Ai dano
Alexandrite
Ghost Hunt he's fits your requirements, but mainly about ghost stories, romance as subplot
Hana no Namae
Hanatsukihime recommended!!

I read a lot so some of your recs, I've read it biggrin Some fit, some don't (doesn't mean it's not a good read though). I don't mind longer series since as said I read a lot. I just hate it when a formerly good story becomes draggy, pointless and cliches

I've read:
Hapi Mari good but doesn't think it fits... he's more like hot blooded type
Oishii Kankei yup read that and think he's a meanie but it sorts of fit with what I'm looking for, The One yes, it fits
Koi Dano Ai Dano and the prequel... read it and the girl fits the bill more than the guy biggrin
Alexandrite he's such a sweetheart and doesn't have that dangerous vibe. Alex can easily falls under the friendzone if he's not careful enough. Although there's a particular scene or some scenes where he shows a different side of him
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
where he zipped up Ambro's Valentine's dress, where he licked the lipstick stain on Ambro's finger wooo.... that's hot

Hana no Namae can't really remember but I think he's only the quiet, melancholic type rather than dangerous
Hanatsukihime read it but lost interest. Maybe I should try to finish it laugh
Otogimoyou Ayanishiki and its sequel Otogimoyou Ayanishiki Futatabi same thing with the above. Lost interest in it too. Will try to skim it and see if it somehow getting better

Will try to read:
Yumemiru Taiyou and so does: Fukuyadou Honpo, Sensei! and You're so Cool. They're on my wish list already anyway hahaha... push it to the top of my next read list....

Thanks a lot for the help and if you have more... please... I'm an avid reader so I have a long reading list shy

Are you already reading Keishichou Tokuhanka 007 by KAJI Eiri? The male lead is one of those silent, yet charismatic police investigators.

The male lead in ES by SOURYO Fuyumi is extremely dangerous. He burns people literally - inside their own minds. The manga is categorised as Seinen but it's from the mangaka of Mars.

If you're fine with Seinen, I recommend Kosuke's Gangsta.. A dark, gripping story about a two handymen who earn their living in the slums of Ergastulum.
This is one of my absolute favourites. The characters, the plot, the setting... everything draws you in inescapably! The romance has yet to start, but the author made clear on her homepage that it will start in the future. Read it if you have a bit of patience. I'm sure it will be worth your time.

Clover no Kuni no Alice - Heart no Kishi - It's just a spin-off of Heart No Kuni No Alice but having Ace as the male lead got me trembling! Still, I never expected to like this pair more than Blood/Alice O.o
Cheese in the Trap - I've read this until the recent chapter with the help of summaries posted here. And the male lead, Jung, is so unpredictable and creepy. As much as I love pairing him with the female lead, there's still a part of me that doesn't trust him!
Ingenuo - It's kinda draggy but the pairing is the right combination you're looking for.
Can't Lose You - Fits your description as well. Don't read if you don't like too much drama though!

Maybe Twelve Nights and Cheese in the Trap for sure, if you don't mind webcomics.
Siesta
Shinigamihime no Saikon
Piece possibly.
Dokuhime
Chiro Star Project though I think the male lead is just blatantly evil.

@Tripitaka: I've read Keishichou Tokuhanka 007 and yes, he's what I'm looking for!!
Will read ES since Souryo Fuyumi's works are pretty good
I'll give Gangsta a try since you recommend it smile
Thanks for taking the time to accomodate to my requests

@ScentofAsia
Clover no Kuni no Alice - Heart no Kishi looks good
I've read Ingenuo and Can't Lose You
Cheese in the Trap is next on my list if only I can read it on my phone roll but summer break is coming so maybe soon I'll have more time to spend in front of my laptop laugh

@ImaginaryWishes
I've read webcomics before. Some are pretty good. Pink Lady is my favorite so far but yes, I'll try to read them
Maybe Siesta is next after Cheese in the Trap
Shinigamihime no Saikon bored me for some reasons dead but I'll try it again if you said the male lead is said to be pretty interesting/fits my request
I've read Dokuhime a bit too dark for my taste and I've read Chiro Star Project but bored by it and thought the guy is a complete jerk for trying
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
to ruin her voice

Piece is on my wish list too so I'll pick it up soon I'm done with the others that are recommended by people in here biggrin

Thank you for all the help and please, as usual, I'm always looking for more to read if you have some other recommendations wink something that you might remember later on or something that you've read recently, send it this way! laugh
