What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

Definitely Deep Love: Ayu no Monogatari. It has the most beautiful artwork I have ever seen in a very long time and an amazing story.
tsuto, deep love can't be compared to the other manga titles suggested and is surely the best choice of all so don't worry. XD

I go with "Aisuru Hito"
Deep Love was.. em.. I'm not into tragedy so much.. Just all the prequels and sequels.. depressed me that day~.~ (It's still very good...)

The Devil Ororon all the way!

Deep Love was too unrealistic really, too many tragic incidents happening right after one another.
