What I'm looking for is something like Seigi no Mikata or maybe Gokusen in a sense.
I suppose it doesn't have to be slapstick per se, but it has to be comedy-centric.
Bonus for romance, but it's not required.
Oh, and I'd really prefer if it were a josei, but I'll give shoujos a try too. Maybe something like ...Seishunchuu!?

If you're okay with smut, then YOSHIHARA Yuki's stuff like:
Chou yo Hana yo and Darling wa Namamono ni Tsuki were hilarious. Very slap-stick.
It's shoujo, but Don't Cry, Girl was totally: Wait a minute... WUT!? Waaah... HOW? *clicks for next chapter.
