What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Its in the point of view of the dead person... he was the owner of the house he had a younger brother who was mentally chalanged and was also allergic to the sun.. The little brother ended up killing him and the butler and little brother leave the house together confused
