What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Im looking for a novel which has a main character as good as weed in moonlight sculpture. English translated please. No sword art online or alike since it gets repetitive
