and a popular(?) guy... who suddenly asks her out..
the girl panicked and didn't know what to answer ...

I swear it's Shinbunbu no Komatsu-san. I got so annoyed because I knew this and couldn't find it. Btw it's volume 2 of this that has her with a camera (at least that's what mangaupdates says)
