So about that new film z thing(which is now subbed on watchop.com if anyone cares...), i've heard lots of good things about it and went into the movie with high expectations. But man did it suck... The pace was waaay too fast. Zoro and san's fight together didn't even last five minutes. They repeated Z's past like three times. Borsalino was somewhat overpowered but that was fine. Z's arm was overrated. If luffy can still punch that thing and not lose his powers, i don't see what's so good about it unless you actually catch the opponent which is really hard. I also noticed a slight resemblance of black first zephyr to red leg zeff. Anyone else? The entire movie was just three psuedo fights between luffy and z where luffy lost two and somehow won the last one while fighting the exact same way he had been fighting except in a different setting.

Also i didn't understand some bits. For example, towards the end, luffy and z both had black hands...? Was that just volcanic ash? It would make sense for Z since he was "black fist zephyr" but why did luffy have it as well? Also how is it that "defeating" Ai(that girl with Z) got nami, robin, and chopper(and brook) back? She didn't die, and she literally ran to Z like a minute later...also was aokiji like not noticed by borsalino at all? The entire navy spends their power trying to fit one half dead guy while a former admiral(kuzan, the one that's actually strong...) basically came over, stopped the bombs from exploding, and let the straw hats go free. And you know how Z says "you shouldn't rely on devil fruit powers" blah blah. He has two subordinates that would be quite literally useless without their fruits. Also, who was the shichibukai that beat Zconfused The only one that makes any sense at all is doflamingo. Mihawk doesn't have a power, buggy's useless, Z didn't show much hatred to pacisfistas, so it's prolly not kuma, hancock couldn't beat an admiral, and law is a bit new to be it. But doflamingo didn't really have a crew, but it could've also been some old guy we don't know about....so ehh..

Finally...chibi nami is cute xD she should just stay like that. And have the attitude of "a perfect angel with a devil inside" - personality. Robin kind of looked like the current manga arc's dancer that sanji's currently in love with. I was also half expecting jewelry bonney to come in and change nami and them back.

All in all i give this movie a 6/10. Somewhat good action

LOL...
Come on man... do you seriously don't know why both have their arms black?
Luffy and Z have their arms black because they are using haki...
I don't feel like answering all your questions so i'll skip to the last one...
It neither can be buggy cause he is as new as law as a shichibukai...
It was probably doflaming but i could have been crocodile too. I doubt it was moria cause he would have taken his shadow. althought he could have got it back when luffy defeated moria.

The black arms was from them using haki. It doesn't make sense that those who were effected by Ai's devil fruit power regained their years just because she was defeated. Borsalino actually seemed weak to me, since Z was able to keep up with 'light speed" movements. Z's subordinate with the "moss moss(?)" power barely used his in his fight against Sanji, while all Ai really did was use hers. The sea stone arm Z had should have weakened Luffy every time he touched it, but the anime goes back and forth on how much power is drained. For example, when Luffy was bathing he was looking really weak, but then something was said about Z and Luffy seems to regain his composure. It's just not consistent.
I understand where you're coming from with most of your points, aside from one. Movies about an anime are almost always fast paced. Something that could have been an arc of it's own is mashed into 1.5 hours, so things must progress quickly. Some of your questions are impossible to answer, like how Aokiji went unnoticed throughout the entire film by every marine. It's not like he's an outlaw for leaving the marines and he wasn't interfering with Borsalino's mission (defeat Z), so nobody minded him.
You really shouldn't nitpick so much, though. This is a cartoon movie. Of course there will be flaws and minor differences. If you didn't realize the difference between the first two fights and the last, you weren't paying much attention. Luffy used haki and Z was drunk. Not only that, but Luffy and crew didn't know Z and crew's strengths in the first fight and was caught (more or less) by surprise. The second fight was lost mostly because Luffy was shot with a sea stone bullet. I agree that how Luffy broke Z's machine arm was stupid (if he punched it with haki, then it would have been more believable), but, again, this is a cartoon. Try not to be so critical. You're expecting too much.

I was expecting so much because everyone had such high things to say about it...but a mere bullet ending a fight with luffy and one of the most cliche endings ever didn't make it great either...

I actually had no idea the black arms were haki which makes sense but they should had a little more context. They were just black and really no visible increase in power except the fact that luffy could actually hit z. And i thought z lost his arm, which was why they gave him a new mechanical karouseki arm, so how did he fight luffy with both arms?

I kind of agree with the whole very short time thing but the fights should have been a little more interesting at least...i had high hopes for mosa mosa guy but he pathetically lost. And ai wasn't at all zoro's match as well. And borsalino's power in real life would definately be the all time best. But light in anime apparently means strong people's reaction speed...

I nitpick because i want to understand the movie more. A lot of things weren't explained much and didn't make sense so i wanted to know if anyone else was as confused as I.
