There is lots of shoujo with the female MC reluctantly falling in love with someone who treats her like shit/is constantly bullying her. I don't know if that's what you're looking for though. Can't give any recs here as I don't read this stuff.

Junai Tokkou Taichou! starts off that way. The girl thinks he's the type to bully but he just skips school to work to help support his family. He's cool in a very regular way, with no trauma, coldness, or abrassiveness.

I highly recommend Hanada - it's a pretty short manga from the same author of Lovely Complex (which also applies to what you're looking for but more popular). It's highly amusing, trust me.
