What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

I remember reading about a manga which takes place in some world where all the people are female until puberty, where they then become male or female, the genre is sci-fi, can't remember anything beyond that, can someone help me id it, i really wanna read it
