I want the girl and boy swaps bodies or the girl to be dressed as a boy. Manhwa, manga, manhua is fine. The art needs to be quite good.
Any genre is fine, just no yaoi, yuri, ecchi, hentai, but smut is fine. Romance needs to included.

How about Hanazakari no Kimitachi e? It's long, but I enjoyed that one.
Seiyuu ka-! rereading now. Love it.
I-Revo is awesome, but not necessarily gender bender. It's just a very tomboyish girl. But I forgave it anyway, since it was really cool and original. In case that's okay, Tsuki no Shippo was also very good, with just a somewhat tomboyish girl.
Boku ni Natta Watashi is very good cross dressing, with a little smut.
