HI i'm looking for a manga where you get the feeling that the boy would save the girl in the end but then the boy is saved by the girl instead. The girl doesn't have to die but it would be better if she did. romance please :>

There's... I think the ... third? story in Koi Kyokusei where the girl saves the boy and dies in the end. It's a tragedy, very touching, but there's no supernatural stuff. He's hospitalized after an injury and she works hard to pay off his hospital debts. It's still a very beautiful story. I think there are three one-shots in there, but I'm not really sure which one is that. I guess you can stand tragedies, so go for it. My sister can't, so... yeah. It's short, so you might as well try it. Immortal Rain is one of if not my all-time favorite manga, sometimes also known as Meteor Methuselah. I started reading it once and stopped someway through the first chapter, and I ended up picking i up again later and I am so glad I did, because it gets better. Much better.

When I said 'death' before 'dishonor', I meant alphabetically.
Imagine what would happen if there were no more hypothetical situations.

It may not be your thing, given that the other suggestions were shoujo but there's a few sienens I can think of with that plot:
Shut hell has a really strong female lead that saves the male characters. (also fits your death preference...sort of)
:Reversal has girl save boy situations too...though not so much cos she's strong.
Claymore has that as well...majority of the featured women are stronger than the men apart from certain individuals and they barely get much coverage.
Darwin's game hasn't happened yet, but seems it will happen next chapter when its out.
Coppelion all about 3 girls rescuing people from a now radioactive tokyo.
Shin angyo onshi the girl is the strong one in this, though they alternate sometimes.
Otoyomegatari pretty sure she protects him at various times, but I' not sure because I haven't read it in ages.
Dageki joi saori protects, heals, etc
Sengoku strays has the mc as a bodyguard for lord nobunaga so she saves him pretty often...although he's pretty strong as well.
Shounen:
The breaker and The breaker: new waves various girls protect the mc in this and often almost die doing it....
W change!! has a girl that protects the guy.
Ane pani sister protects brother
Violinist of hameln has the girl fight foes...although its more like she's used as a human weapon by the guy, so is he protecting himself? XD
Watashi no messiah sama pretty sure she protects him at some point and almost dies but I could be wrong, its been years since I read it...
Shoujo:
Maybe usotsuki lily but he's more like a girl anways....
Kage ni saku hana mostly has the guy saving the girl but she saves him at times as well.
