Hi, what i'm looking for is delinquent/yakuza/mob family type manga's, i'm not really sure how to say what it is exactly but i can give examples of what i want from what i'm reading/read (prefer school life)
Nisekoi
Angel Densetsu
Beelzebub
Ocha Nigosu.
edit: MC doesn't have to be a delinquent but needs to have constant contact with them, like in Densetsu, MC isn't a delinquent but most his friends are

what i want:
Action - doesn't have to be full out fight/war manga, just a bit of action helps
Light comedy - by this i mean not gag, but not 100% serious, maybe 70% serious 30% comedy?
Romance - the romance can be a light romance or sub plot
PLOT!!! - a story of any type is never really good if there is no plot
complete/actively scanlated - no point reading something if you can't finish it

Shoujo - shoujo is ok as long as its Skip Beat! style
Josei - i don't mind romance but Josei is a little to much for my tastes

Gender Bender - this is ok ONLY if its girl dressed as guy
Gore - a little is fine but i don't want it to be like Gantz where its all detailed out, blood spurts and decapitation i can handle, but i don't need to see the details of brain matter splattering the floor

They do contain few love scenes but nothing too graphic.

thanks, Sanctuary is in my dropped (unfinished) list, i didn't like it to much, but i'll have a look at Heat

edit: after reading the first chapter of Heat i can say it's definitely not what i'm looking for, since rape is on my don't want list, i don't see why you recommended it, sorry

angel densetsu it focuses a bit on comedy, but it's not a gag story. protag misunderstands and is misunderstood 24/7 but there are still some decent fights and a decent slow moving romance in the background.

kyou kara ore wa again focuses on the comedy of it, but it's great humor, and the fights are a little like gtos.... basically if you get under the main chars skin, he will find you and get back at you no matter what.. he is a persistent, violent, and hilarious protag.... kinda like a less epic/evil aiki

kyou kara hitman more of a full blown international criminal organization. there is a rly weird romance happening(newly wed and a chick that is REALLY trying to get him to cheat) a few people have attempted something you dont like, but it doesnt really get much screentime and isnt successful as far as i remember... can be a bit graphic(in both ways) but it's mostly gunfire so you should be able to handle it if you can handle any decapitations

thanks kyou kara ore wa has been on my "to be checked" list for a while, tbh i actually forgot it was on there till you mentioned it so i'll start on it now and ill give kyou kara hitman a look

edit: after reading the first chapter of Kyou kara Ore wa i really don't know why i didn't start it sooner, almost pmsl, but i must say, the art will take longer to get used to then Densetsu did XD

the art gets better as it goes, but it never gets anywhere near normal :/. so yeah you'll have to spend a bit getting used to it lol. oh and forgot to mention it but sun-ken rock is a pretty good fit, but unfortunately rape plots have been known to show up.... it's only happened on 3 occasions and it never really focuses on it(no wolf guy- wolfen crest crap).. if you can bear it the rest is caught somewhere being serious and ridiculous(in a humorous way)

also if you find kyou kara ore wa to your liking, the author has another one called Doushirou de Gozaru(aka I'm Doushiro) where the protag is like a mix of mitsuhashi and kitano from densetsu. he isnt quite as dense but he misunderstands everything, and while he isnt as bad natured as mitsuhashi, he is rather quick to fight... makes for a weird and interesting read...... the downside, is that it is VERY slowly being scanned, and not at a stable rate. only has like 10 chaps atm, so basically just keep an eye on it and go for it if it gets a stable scanner

Sorry, but I forgot that there was one minor rape scene /forced sex at the start. As far as I remember both of my recommendations fits your requirements for Yakuza themes. They are classic...

thanks, but i dropped Sun-Ken Rock a while back (before rape genre was an issue to me) i think i dropped it cause i don't really like too-realistic (cant think of a better phrase) manga's and i would read Doushirou de Gozaru but its last release was 3 and a half years ago, so i really don't think its just really slow releases, but dropped by the scanlator group.

@strixflash the rape isn't the only issue, i can't really articulate it properly but its just not the kind of manga i like, but thanks anyway

well im almost finished Kyou Kara Ore Wa and dropped Kyou Kara Hitman cause its to sexualized and i don't want that (outside of pure romance searches) so any more suggestions would be great
