I was looking at the sites for a few North American publishers, and there isn't a whole lot of yuri being published. Are there any that are licensed by companies that aren't Seven Seas, for example? I wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the yuri/yaoi forum, but that one seems overrun by yaoi at the moment and I certainly am looking for some yuri to buy.

Are you looking for physical buys or electronic?
I suggest looking into Project-H, they might have some yuri.
ALC Publishing focuses on yuri manga so I suggest checking them out as well. I think they are no longer releasing new manga but you might still be able to buy what they still have in stock on their website.
Jmanga also has yuri but they announced that they were done with. I don't know if you can still buy their releases but you might want to check it out.

Thanks! Seven Seas was the only publisher I knew for sure had yuri titles, but a lot of them are hard to find nowadays. Your post was very informativ. I'm more interested in physical buys than digital manga.
Such a tiny dream.

^ Filtered to show all the yuri licensed in NA.
I don't know of any publishers that are picking up new yuri titles, but you could try a site like Amazon for out of prints.
