Well, I was wondering when everyone started staying up past 10pm, no matter your timezone. Like, what age? Why did you do so?

For me, I started staying up till' 11:30 at 8, right around the time I started drinking coffee. I didn't stay up past 12:00 until I turned 10, though.

Also, I'm pretty sure I started staying up late because I was reading books.. and once I start reading an interesting book, I can't put it down.

i don´t remember, probably when i shifted school turns, when i went to school at the morning (7:00 am to 12:00) i had to wake up early so at 9 or 10 i was already sleeping. In High school i went to school in the afternoon (well, it was from 13:30 to 18:30) so no need to wake up early or go to sleep early.

I must say.. that I don't remember...
I never had a badtime curfew, I just went to sleep when I felt like it.
When I grew older, I just could get by with less hours of sleep.
But I remember staying until 1am because I was reading a bood when I was in fifth-sixth grade.

This made me recall a funny thing- there was a period a week, I think(not really a periodlaugh ), when I wanted to see how early I could fall asleep, so I went to bad at 6pm or so laugh roll eyes

Never had a curfew, but I started staying up over 3 AM
when I was nine-ten years old. o.o

I pretty much slept when I felt like it though. XD
Most of the time I was up late playing
video games, reading, or drawing.

At one point when I was eleven, I stayed awake until
nine a.m. before knocking out and waking up
around four in the afternoon.

i can't really remember the exact age, but i can say that before manga and all that jazz, i used to fequentely read novels and such, you know books that were 200 to 500 pages! they were great! read books all the time even when i had manga back then, but now... there aren't many good books or novels worth reading, but i can attest to the time, my teenage years were spent doing homework for the week, studying for all my classes early for the rest of the school year, then reading manga and whatnots 'til 300 am and that was every other day... now... i stay up to 1am... even if i have work!

I didn't have a curfew to speak of so I stayed up for as long as I could. The farthest back I could remember is when I was about four or five I would usually stay up until anywhere between 11pm and 1am. I remember that because I remember watching the Paul Rodriguez show. Yes, he used to have his own late night talk show. It was in spanish.

At about 13-14 I started staying up till 1-2am, and just stayed up till I fell asleep on weekends. Pretty much when I discovered mmorpgs. ;P

I've always had a little trouble sleeping, so I stay up till I just can't keep my eyes open.

Haha I love WC3, altho for me again it was when my workload / anime addicton jumped. Strangely enough I never stayed up late to play world of warcraft and i was more addicted to that than anime
