Try Love Prism by Asami Tohjoh if you haven't.
It involves lots of BDSM's, Urethra insertions, piercings and stuff. It's actually one of my favourite mangas of all time. Shame it's unfinished though ;___; and you can try Ginkaku Hakushi to Marmot contains lots of 'toy' experiments, and some robotic dog sex LOL so yup.

Thanks a lot. They weren't claw your eyes out digusting, but the urethal insertion and the hair dryer was really interesting. I've also read a few manga with fisting and they fit quite well. Sokonashi freefall romance also has a really interesting story in there where a rapist used a shaken up cocacola bottle to stick in which I thought was really unique.
