I was thinking really hard but the only ones I could come up with don't fit perfectly either... meh
Endless World some people might see the ending as half-happy though
the main story in Lovers, Souls
Itsuka Ame ga Furu You ni is a collection of oneshots but none of them have a happy ending ;A;
Akaneshinchi Hanaya Sange if you like weird, psychological stuff with huge blocks of text
Hybrid Child is shounen ai but really really good
