Okay. So I've read a lot of good yaoi with the seme being much younger and the uke an old man. So an oyaji. I was wondering if there are good ones I should read. I like the ones NAONO Bohra does. I'm pretty sure it's her. It can be more of her work or completely different author. I know this is really vague...
So just any yaoi with the uke as an older man than the seme. Thanks!!

You should try Limiter, specially the third story.

I'll try Limiter. Thanks!
But most of the titles in that list is where the uke is super young isn't it? Are there really good ones where the seme is significantly younger, but not shota?

Limiter is exactly what you asked (the third story). Yes, that's list includes younger ukes too... I will take the ones with oyaji partner, wait a bit.
Edit:
Boku no Shiru Anata no Hanashi first story (sorry, a bit of a spoiler if you haven't read it yet)
Like you said, Naono Bohra's ones: Hajishirazu na Yoru, Mori no Koe, Hada no Ue no Renai Jijou, Yubisaki no Koi, Hoshigari na Kimi to Futsutsuka na Boku, Renai Nenrei
Mizu Numuru?
Sumanai!! Masumi-kun?
Tango no Otoko?
Shisei no Otoko has a oyaji seme...
Aiso Tsukashi is a little oyaji... and seme...
Ashita mo Koko de Aou, bara!
Dining Bar Akira likes to act as a oyaji...
Oyaji Hiroimashita is shota you? Also Papa I Love You, Miwaku no Ringo... All of them 16 years old or something.
Orokamono wa Aka wo Kirau?
Nobara (Kumota Haruko)?
Turning Point? Not really oyaji...
Ow, and there's this list done by Queen2408 on MAL (http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=142087):
Kuma to Interi
Akanai Tobira ch5?
Circle (NAONO Bohra), Blood Hope
Hoshi to Tsuki
Zion no Koeda
Netsuno Ori
Neko no Koi
Damatte Naite Irunodesu
My memory is horrible. You should also try the "Older Uke Younger Seme" if you don't find anything else.
