I forgot the title since I read years ago but I remember it's about reincarnation

I think the first scene is on Greece or something. It's about one girl and one boy who can't be together. They were separated. Then they reincarnate and meet again in different era but they're separated again. It happens several times: reincarnate and separate again and again. I vaguely remember in the far future they meet again and finally can be together.

Please help if you know the manga...

I'm not too sure about that Greece part, but it sounds a bit like ...

Omae ga Sekai o Kowashitai nara?

Falls in Love with 300-Year-Old Girl?
"The story revolves around the angel's three lives reincarnated in Ancient China - all in which she meets and falls in love with the same person, but due to fate, she can never be together with him."
Déjà-vu?
Boku no Chikyuu o Mamotte?

Assuming that your vague memories are slightly inaccurate, it could be Apollo’s Song.

At least, it has ancient Greek imagery towards the beginning, lovers separated and reunited across repeated reincarnations and the far future...

Could be Gekka no kimi, was ancient korea/japan but its possibly that you mixed it up with ancient greece.

There's also Angel at war, but thats only one reincarnation.

Are you sure it's not Apollo’s Song? Everything you've posted since I suggested it seems to fit the series:

It's old (published in 1970), the English version was originally published in a single volume of over 500 pages, and the protagonist reincarnates among the nazis, in the modern era and in the future (in which humanity is ruled by artificial beings).

The only part which doesn't match up is the ending (which you say you vaguely remember, so...)
