I don't like too much action...
Basically what I like is something lighthearted, maybe like initial chapters of Naruto...?
Anyway, please suggest some harem comedies or something epic I've missed, I'd really appreciate it , I've got no manga to read -_-

You are mentioning mainstream shonen. Everything in there should match your requierements. There are lots of mangas with that criteria. To mention some:

Reading your lists I just noticed missing one super epic manga, have you read Akira??

It's one of the firsts mangas that were made, long time ago (1982), and so, one of the big classic mangas that you can find.
It's full of action, but it's also a must read

Basically the kind of action I don't like is the kind where they take up six pages just to land a punch, or where the bad guy punches and says, "You're weak" and then the good guy punches and says,"I will get through because my friends give me power!! RAAAHHHH!!!" and this keeps going for ninety chapters.
That's why I prefer lighthearted stuff
I wanted to read GTO but I thought I should read Bad Company and Shounan Junaigumi! before it, and I got fed up with Shounan -_-

Definitely, there is no such action here, but beware, Akira is a hardcore manga. If you like it, they made an anime film too, but the manga is long so the film can't cover it all
About GTO, I have not read any other mangas from this author, the big hit was this one
I know what you are talking about though, it happened to me with the anime of Dragon Ball. I remember that there were chapters in which it didn't happened anything at all!!! Just speaking between punches T.T
