What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

definatly LOVELY COMPLEX, gwad that manga is soo cute, sad, unpredictable.

i like Ouran anime but the manga was so slow i stopped after chapter 3 sad
