I want a evil, female protagonist.
Like the girl from satanic sweet who actually wants to hurt people.
Emotionally/physically doesn't really matter.
Or, she doesn't have to be exactly evil... just wants to hurt people, or at least tease them. I've gone through a lot of the threads so I thought I'd start a new one.

Black lagoon might count, you can describe has evil in most cases...

Shut hell the mc is evil and beast-like to most people but has exceptions and can appear sweet or kind at times, so maybe more psycopathical than evil?

Mephisto can be evil, but also can be evil for the sake of 'justice' so debatable if she's evil or not. Though as a warning there is lots of rape in this.

Zankoku na douwatachi though I can't remember if she'd the protagonist on not, she is a key player in the story at any rate...

Majo have some evil women that are temporary protagonists at times. NO real fixed protagonist.

Mahou shoujo of the end-she's not the mc, but is a key player.

Raiders she's pretty evil but has a weaker side too, so not as evil as satnister...
